Product Overview

Each wheelset comprises two forged steel wheels precision-pressed onto a solid forged axle, forming a unified assembly that supports vehicle weight, transmits tractive and braking forces, and guides the train along the rails. The wheelset is engineered for freight wagons operating on standard and narrow gauge rail networks worldwide.

• Wheels: Manufactured from AAR M 107 Class B steel, ensuring high rim hardness and wear resistance for extended service life

• Axles: Forged from AAR M 101 Grade F steel with tensile strength ≥800 MPa and yield strength ≥600 MPa

• Bearings: Compatible with Class C rolling bearings (FAG or SKF) with 800,000 km service life
